kumusta naman ang digi cam na binili ng bf ko. come to think of it, he is working in boni part and ang meeting place is SM North fine.... tapos pag dating nya dun ung "brand new" na item grand vision e600 e defective. hindi na de-detect ung sd card. akala ng bf ko ok na pero hindi pala tapos tinext ka nya CJ grabe anong sabi mo need nyang ibigay ung unit para makita ng technician bago mag release ng bagong unit... e ung cash nasa inyo na... close ba kayo para pumayag cia sa ganun? ang tagal tagal pang napalitan dahil ikaw hindi ka nakiki pag meet dahil ano un?"out of the way sayo" e diba ikaw ung nagbebenta ng item? ok fine dahil out of the way ka at ung tauhan mo ay mag o-off so after 2 days pa bago mapalitan ung unit. sabi ng bf ko dapat ok na yung ipapalit. sm north again after work... tapos anong pinalit ng tauhan mong si joy? LUMA! LUMA! sobrang hassle na ng pagpunta tapos luma ibibigay mo! anong klaseng transaction yan? tapos sasabihin mo na need talaga muna ung unit e diba sabi ng bf ko kukunin na lang nya ung cash bakit hindi nyo binigay? bakit wala na kayong malolokong iba? tapos finally papalitan na HINDI PARIN IKAW ANG NAKIPAG MEET courtesy sign man lang sana mag sorry ka man lang wala! kawawa naman ung bf ko na pabalik balik! yan ba ang transaction for you? DAPAT CHINE-CHECK NYO YUNG ITEM BEFORE NYO I-RELEASE! BRAND NEW DEFECTIVE NAMAN! ANG PANGIT PA NG SERVICE! mga ka sulit kau na bahala kung gusto nyong makipag transact sa taong to... good luck!!!!!

Good morning madam, I read the statement above from sulit posting rules and i transacted with your bf. Anyway, humingi po me ng pasensya sa bf nyo, contrary to your statement, and I emphatized nung sinabi na nya yung buong istorya. Humihingi rin po me ng pasensya sa nyo if ganun ang nangyari. Mutual agreement po yung meet up sa SM North dahil may tao me dun at malayo naman kung sa office daw sya pupunta. Sana po ay nabasa din nila and Agreement and Conditions sa likod ng warranty card. Hindi ko po tinakbuhan ang ang obligasyon ko sa warranty, nag text pa nga po ako after natangap nya ang replaced unit. Sumusunod lang po tayo sa policy na need po ang evaluation ng tech dept para malaman ang appropriate action ng customer service para sa particular issue ng product. According to my subordinate, they tested the unit and it worked with your bf's memory card. So na-test ang unit. I also tested it prior to handling it to my subordinate. I guess we're all aware of the products that runs on softwares/ programs that sometimes it crashes..even cellular phones needs software upgrade. Yung replacement po ay hindi lang software upgrade ang ginawa kundi bagong unit na po ang kapalit.
Muli po madam, humihingi po ako ng pasensya sa inyo at iyong bf..happy valentines day po. salamat.
